Section 70 ILCS 200/140-15 - Creation of Authority(a) The Leyden Township Space Needs Authority is created as a political subdivision, body politic, and municipal corporation in the metropolitan area.(b) The principal office of the Authority shall be in Leyden Township. P.A. 90-328, eff. 1/1/1998.
