Section 65 ILCS 5/11-44-8 - Applicability of "Boat Registration and Safety Act"

The powers conferred by Sections 11-44-1 through 11-44-7 shall be exercised in a manner not inconsistent with the provisions of the "Boat Registration and Safety Act", as heretofore and hereafter amended.
