Section 65 ILCS 5/11-141-10 - Eminent domain

For the purpose of improving or extending, or constructing or acquiring and improving and extending a sewerage system under this Division 141, a municipality may acquire any property necessary or appropriate therefor by eminent domain as provided by the Eminent Domain Act .
