Section 65 ILCS 5/11-103-4 - Land and appurtenances - Public purpose

All land and appurtenances thereto, acquired, owned, leased, or occupied by a municipality for any purpose specified in Section 11-103-1 are acquired, owned, leased, and occupied for a public purpose.
