Section 65 ILCS 5/1-2.1-9 - Impact on existing administrative adjudication systems

This Division shall not affect the validity of systems of administrative adjudication that were authorized by State law, including home rule authority, and in existence prior to the effective date of this amendatory Act of 1997.
