Section 50 ILCS 355/5-25 - Notice of intent to contract; award of contracts

A municipality or county that chooses to contract with a third party pursuant to this Act shall follow all rules set forth in the Illinois Municipal Code or the Counties Code, as applicable, concerning those contracts.
