Section 5 ILCS 70/1.39 - Criminal Code of 2012

Whenever there is a reference in any Act to the Criminal Code or Criminal Code of 1961, that reference shall be interpreted to mean the Criminal Code of 2012, unless the context clearly requires otherwise.
