Section 5 ILCS 412/5-20 - Security deposit

The Department of Corrections, the Department of Transportation, the Department of Natural Resources , the University of Illinois, and the University of Illinois Foundation shall each analyze the need for all employee and non-employee tenants of State-owned housing to pay a reasonable security deposit and may each collect security deposits and maintain them in interest-bearing accounts.
