Section 5 ILCS 375/6.13 - Managed Care Reform and Patient Rights Act

The program of health benefits is subject to the provisions of the Managed Care Reform and Patient Rights Act, except the fee for service program shall only be required to comply with Section 85 and the definition of "emergency medical condition" in Section 10 of the Managed Care Reform and Patient Rights Act.
