Section 30 ILCS 605/6 - Making reasonable rules and regulations

The administrator is authorized to make such reasonable rules and regulations as may be necessary for the enforcement of this Act and the purposes sought to be obtained therein. All such rules and regulations shall be certified, published and filed with the Secretary of State as provided by the Administrative Rules Act and shall include the provisions as set forth in Sections 6.01 to 6.10 inclusive.
