Section 30 ILCS 805/8.46 - (Text of Section from P.A. 102-707, 102-764, 102-806, 102-811, 102-836, 102-856, 102-857, 102-884, 102-943, 102-1061, and 102-1064) Exempt mandate

Notwithstanding Sections 6 and 8 of this Act, no reimbursement by the State is required for the implementation of any mandate created by this amendatory Act of the 102nd General Assembly.
