Section 30 ILCS 805/8.14 - Exempt mandate

Notwithstanding the provisions of Sections 6 and 8 of this Act, no reimbursement by the State shall be required for the implementation of any mandate created by Public Act 86-1386, 86-1395, 86-1401, 86-1444, 86-1477 or 86-1488.
