Section 30 ILCS 750/23-1 - Wages subject to provisions of Prevailing Wage Act

Wages of laborers, mechanics and other workers employed on all "public works" projects undertaken pursuant to contracts financed with appropriations from the Build Illinois Bond Fund shall be subject to the provisions of the Prevailing Wage Act.
