Section 30 ILCS 575/2.5 - [Section scheduled to be repealed on 6/30/2029] Public Private Agreements

This Act applies to any public private agreement entered into under the Public Private Agreements for the Illiana Expressway Act and the Public-Private Agreements for the South Suburban Airport Act.
