Section 30 ILCS 500/45-80 - Historic Area Preference

State agencies with responsibilities for leasing, acquiring, or maintaining State facilities shall take all reasonable steps to minimize any regulations, policies, and procedures that impede the goals of Section 17 of the Capital Development Board Act.
