Section 20 ILCS 2605/2605-350 - Juveniles; police contact record keeping system

To develop a separate statewide statistical police contact record keeping system for the study of juvenile delinquency. The records of this police contact system shall be limited to statistical information. No individually identifiable information shall be maintained in the police contact statistical record system.
