Section 20 ILCS 3430/1 - Definitions As used in this Act:
(a) "Old State Capitol Complex" means the Old State Capitol reconstructed under the "1961 Act" in Springfield and an underground parking garage.(b) "1961 Act" means "An Act providing for the reconstruction and restoration of the old State Capitol at Springfield and providing for the custody thereof", approved August 24, 1961, as amended.(d) "Department" means the Department of Natural Resources.Amended by P.A. 100-0863,§ 115, eff. 8/14/2018.Amended by P.A. 100-0695,§ 50, eff. 8/3/2018.Amended by P.A. 100-0120,§ 95, eff. 8/18/2017.P.A. 84-25; 92-600, eff. 7/1/2002.
