Section 20 ILCS 3407/45-35 - [Repealed Effective 1/1/2025] Time limitations

The Department shall issue a request for proposals within 6 months after the effective date of this Act. The Department shall have 6 months from the date of issuance of the request for proposals to select a contractor.
