Section 20 ILCS 3405/2 - Definitions

For the purposes of this Act:

(a) (Blank);

(b) (Blank);

(b-5) "Department" means the Department of Natural Resources.

(c) "Director" means the Director of Natural Resources ;

(f) (Blank); and

(g) "Historic Sites and Preservation Division" means the Division of Historic Preservation within the Department of Natural Resources .
