Section 20 ILCS 3405/12 - Civil Administrative Code of Department of Natural Resources

The Department shall exercise all rights, powers and duties vested in the Department of Conservation by Section 63a34 of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois (renumbered; now Section 805-220 of the Department of Natural Resources (Conservation) Law, 20 ILCS 805/805-220 ).
