Section 20 ILCS 3005/2 - Creation

There is created in the executive office of the Governor an Office to be known as the Governor's Office of Management and Budget. The Office shall be headed by a Director, who shall be appointed by the Governor. The functions of the Office shall be as prescribed in Sections 2.1 through 2.10 of this Act.
