Section 20 ILCS 105/4.09 - [Renumbered from 20 ILCS 105/4.08] Medication Management Program

Subject to appropriation, the Department shall establish a program to assist persons 60 years of age or older in managing their medications. The Department shall establish guidelines and standards for the program by rule.
