Section 20 ILCS 2805/3 - Establishing offices The Department shall:
1.establish an administrative office in Springfield and a branch thereof in Chicago;2.establish such field offices as it shall find necessary to enable it to perform its duties; and3.maintain case files containing records of services rendered to each applicant, service progress , and a follow-up system to facilitate the completion of each request.Amended by P.A. 099-0314,§ 5, eff. 8/7/2015.
