Section 20 ILCS 2705/2705-405 - Preparation of State Rail Plan

In preparation of the State Rail Plan under Section 2705-400, the Department shall consult with recognized railroad labor organizations, the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity , railroad management, affected units of local government, affected State agencies, and affected shipping interests.
