Section 20 ILCS 835/3a - [Effective 1/1/2025] Disposal of portions of State parks

The Department of Natural Resources shall not dispose of any portion of a State park except as specifically authorized by law. This prohibition shall not restrict the Department from conveyance of easements, leases, and other lesser interests in land.
