Section 20 ILCS 1807/87 - Article 87. Missing movement; jumping from vessel(a) Any person subject to this Code who through neglect or design misses the movement of a ship, aircraft, or unit with which he is required in the course of duty to move shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.(b) Any person subject to this Code who wrongfully and intentionally jumps into the water from a vessel in use by the State military forces shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.Amended by P.A. 101-0367,§ 5, eff. 8/9/2019.Added by P.A. 099-0796,§ 87, eff. 1/1/2017.
