Section 20 ILCS 1805/28 - Time of public danger or emergency

When the Commander-in-Chief proclaims a time of public danger or when an emergency exists, the Adjutant General may purchase or authorize the purchase of stores and supplies in accordance with the emergency purchase provisions in the Illinois Procurement Code.
