Section 20 ILCS 1805/13.5 - Illinois Patriot Law(a) Short title. This Section may be cited as the Illinois Patriot Law.(b) The Department of Military Affairs shall establish by rule a recognition program to allow the Governor or the Adjutant General to recognize individuals or organizations who have contributed to the advancement of the Illinois National Guard.
