Section 20 ILCS 1205/7 - Illinois Administrative Procedure Act

The provisions of the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act are hereby expressly adopted and incorporated herein as though a part of this Act and shall apply to all administrative rules and procedures of the Division under this Act.
