Section 20 ILCS 1005/1005-165 - Disabled veterans outreach

The Department shall employ such disabled veterans outreach program specialists as appropriate and efficient according to Section 4103A of Title 38 of the United States Code, or any successor legislation, based upon available federal funding for that purpose.
