Section 20 ILCS 505/12.1 - Cooperation with State Board of Education and Department of Human Services

To cooperate with the State Board of Education and the Department of Human Services in a program to provide for the placement, supervision and foster care of children with disabilities who must leave their home community in order to attend schools offering programs in special education.
