Section 20 ILCS 3105/10.03 - Plans for accepting bids

To prepare, or cause to be prepared, such plans, specifications and other documents as are necessary to the taking and acceptance of bids and letting of construction contracts and to advertise for bids for such projects, as required in The Illinois Procurement Code .
