Section 20 ILCS 3960/12.1 - [Section scheduled to be repealed effective 12/31/2029] Health Care Worker Self-Referral Act

The State Board shall, by rule, define terms and set those conditions necessary to implement the Health Care Worker Self-Referral Act. The rules shall be promulgated and adopted exclusively and solely by the State Board.
