Section 20 ILCS 605/605-35 - Federal moneys for general administration; Intra-Agency Services Fund

Moneys recovered from federal programs for general administration that are received by the Department shall be deposited into a separate fund in the State treasury to be known as the Intra-Agency Services Fund.
