To assume from the Executive Office of the Governor, Bureau of the Budget (now Governor's Office of Management and Budget) , on July 1, 1999, all personnel, books, records, papers, documents, property both real and personal, and pending business in any way pertaining to the State Data Center, established pursuant to a Memorandum of Understanding entered into with the Census Bureau pursuant to 15 U.S.C. Section 1525. All personnel transferred pursuant to this Section shall receive certified status under the Personnel Code.
