Section 15 ILCS 510/9b.13 - Discharge or demotion - hearings - statement of reasons

For hearing before discharge or demotion with the prior approval of the Division only for cause after appointment is completed, after the person to be discharged or demoted has been presented in writing with the reasons for requesting such discharge or demotion.
