Section 15 ILCS 30/1 - Disaster and "disaster area" defined

As used in this Act:

"Disaster" has the same meaning as provided in Section 4 of the Illinois Emergency Management Agency Act.

"Disaster area" means the area directly affected by or threatened with a disaster.
