Section 15 ILCS 16/10 - Revocation of Executive Order 3 (2005)

On the date 6 months after the effective date of this Act, Executive Order 3 (2005) is revoked and rescinded with the exception of Section I (renaming the Department of Public Aid as the Department of Healthcare and Family Services), which remains in effect.
