Section 10 ILCS 5/6-13 - Returns or tally sheets stolen, changed or destroyed by officer

No officer having possession of such returns, tallies or ballots, shall steal, counsel or assist in stealing, or shall change or mutilate any return or tally sheet relating to such election.
