Section 105 ILCS 230/5-55 - Rules(a) The Capital Development Board shall promulgate such rules as it deems necessary for carrying out its responsibilities under the provisions of this Article.(b) The State Board of Education shall promulgate such rules as it deems necessary for carrying out its responsibilities under the provisions of this Article.
