Section 105 ILCS 5/2-3.179 - Work-based learning database(a) In this Section, "work-based learning" means an educational strategy that provides students with real-life work experiences in which they can apply academic and technical skills and develop their employability.(b) The State Board must develop a work-based learning database to help facilitate relationships between school districts and businesses and expand work-based learning in this State.Renumbered from 105 ILCS 5/2-3.167 by P.A. 102-0558,§ 350, eff. 8/20/2021.Added by P.A. 101-0389,§ 5, eff. 8/16/2019.
