Section 105 ILCS 13/35 - No Impact on Existing Authority

This Act does not modify or diminish any responsibilities or authority that a State Education Authority or the State Education Authorities collectively may otherwise have under law with respect to the collection, use, maintenance, disclosure, and sharing of data.
