Any standards relating to minimum wages, maximum hours, overtime compensation or other working conditions in effect under any other law of this State on the effective date of this Act which are more favorable to employees than those applicable to such employees under this Act or the regulations issued hereunder, are not amended, rescinded, or otherwise affected by this Act but continue in full force and effect and may be enforced as provided by law unless and until they are specifically superseded by standards more favorable to such employees by operation of or in accordance with regulations issued under this Act.
