Section 815 ILCS 302/3 - [Renumbered from 720 ILCS 220/3] Exemption

Any person who sells or offers for sale a household appliance which was obtained by the person making the sale for his own use, but who is not regularly engaged in the business of making such sales is exempted from the provisions of this Act.
