Section 815 ILCS 710/19 - Relationship between Board and Office of Secretary of State

The Motor Vehicle Review Board shall be administered by the Secretary of State who is vested with powers, duties, and jurisdiction of administering the provisions of this Act. The Board shall maintain permanent records of its meetings, hearings, and decisions at the Office of the Secretary of State.
