Section 815 ILCS 505/2BBBB - (Text of Section from P.A. 103-585) Violations of the Pawnbroker Regulation Act of 2023

Any person who violates Article 15 of the Pawnbroker Regulation Act of 2023 commits an unlawful practice within the meaning of this Act.
