Section 805 ILCS 5/7.70 - Voting agreements(a) Shareholders may provide for the voting of their shares by signing an agreement for that purpose. A voting agreement created under this Section is not subject to the provisions of Section 7.65.(b) A voting agreement created under this Section is specifically enforceable in accordance with the principles of equity.
