Section 805 ILCS 317/15 - Purpose of limited worker cooperative association(a) A limited worker cooperative association is an entity distinct from its members.(b) A limited worker cooperative association may be organized for any lawful purpose, whether or not for profit.(c) An association organized as a worker cooperative under this Act does not create a presumption that workers are employees of the association for any purposes.Amended by P.A. 102-0351,§ 5, eff. 8/13/2021.Added by P.A. 101-0292,§ 15, eff. 1/1/2020.
