Section 505 ILCS 80/16 - Cancellation, suspension, or refusal of registrations and licensesThe Director may refuse to register a fertilizer or cancel or suspend a fertilizer registration, custom blend, or fertilizer license if:
(1) the composition of the fertilizer does not warrant the claims made by the registrant;(2) the fertilizer does not comply with the provisions of this Act or its rules;(3) the labeling or other materials required for registration do not comply with the provisions of this Act or its rules;(4) the registrant used fraudulent or deceptive practices to secure registration;(5) it is determined that a fertilizer poses a risk of unreasonable adverse effects to man or the environment under the provisions of this Act or its rules; or(6) the registrant does not comply with the provisions of this Act or its rules.Amended by P.A. 097-0960,§ 5, eff. 8/15/2012.
