Agricultural seeds that are coated shall be labeled with:
(1) Percentage of pure seeds with coating material removed.(2) Percentage of coating material shall be shown as a separate item in close association with the percentage of inert matter.(3) In addition to the provisions of this Section, labeling of coated seed shall comply with the requirements of Section 4.2.
